These Continental Vanco Camper tyres do a few hundred kilometres in 1 sitting then stay dormant for months on our motorhome. Never had a problem with them. Road noise can be hard to tell because of the added noise from the fit-out. But overall have got us through flooded roads, unsealed roads and will comfortably sit on 110 without skipping a beat considering the extra load they are carrying. Would definitely purchase these again for this vehicle.
