Excellent tyre, good wear and good performance in offroad situations. Develops a little bit of wheel spin but thats to be expected with an unladen dual cab. Road noise is quite minimal for a mud terrain tyre, definitely not silent by any means but quite tolerable none the less.

I have been really impressed with my tyres to the point where I'm considering upgrading them to a 285/75r16 in the same tread just to get a little more width and height for offroad use. I dp however experience a little bit of wheelspin in the wet but thats to be expected from an unladen ute with muddies on. Overall bery happy.

I bought my Maxxis Bighorns for those occasions that I go offroad, but bitumen driving is always the greater use in a daily driver. I was pleasantly surprised at the low level of road noise given off by the very chunky tyre pattern and that the tread wear has been excellent. Offroad, they're amazing. The grip and durability of them is always great (no punctures or damage so far after more than 30,000km) They certainly instil confidence when you're off the beaten trail.
