These tyres came with the car as new so they are the sort of product one would expect OEM manufacturers to fit to a base spec small passenger vehicle. I initially thought the tyres were quiet but have come to realise that is not one of their strengths. Whilst I have previously been a moderate fan of "better specced" Kumho tyre products I appreciate this model is a budget item and doesn't get quite the same enthusiastic love. I think Hyundai could have sourced a quieter tyre for the Hyundai I30 vehicle to reduce cabin noise for highway diving and perhaps sacrificed a few thousand km's in tyre wear life, if that's what it takes to meet the new car budget. I suspect the tyre's good dry grip, adequate wet grip and very good wear quality (assumed) is what Hyundai required for this tyre, and quietness was last on the list of must haves. As far as handling goes I can't comment on that until I soon replace these tyres with the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus for comparison. Granted, that is a more expensive tyre and still more expensive with the 4 for 3 deal. However, most pundits suggest that product "should" do everything better, much better for quietness, and therefore the value will be equivalent in my book. Having said all, and I speak from an Hyundai i30 perspective, the Ecowing ES01 is a very good overall tyre for the "not overly enthusiastic" driver, (read: NOT performance seeking/lead foot racer) particularly in dry conditions. They would also need to partake in very minimal highway commuting as cabin noise becomes very wearing on our wonderful Aussie roads. An excellent choice for the budget conscious when the aforementioned caveats are accounted for.

A real surprise package. Excellent grip and have survived gravel roads without cutting or chunks being lost. Currently at 40000km with life left in them, and given the punishment they receive on gravel I am amazed. These tyres have held on for at least 15000km in excess of other tyres, and retained their grip in all conditions.

Pretty good on dry tarmac. Possible to get the wheel spinning on a wet road at the lights. NVH is alright with these. Decently comfortable and quite fuel economical tires. Definately not for spirited driving but decent at regular daily commute. Pretty durable tires as thread still decent at over 35k mileage. Got them stock on the car. Would probably go for stickier tires when this set wears out.

As a parcel delivery driver they are economical and I have in the process of swapping from Bridgestone Duravios on the front and at next rotation swapping the fronts to the rear then all 4 will be kumhos. The reason for price difference and I have kumhos on my HOLDErN Adventra which also wears heavily on the front outsides like the van and have done 50k kms and no uneven wear

They are good, helps with fuel consumption and low noise on the highway. I do feel they have not lasted as long as expected.

We've towed our van for over 20,000 kilometers with these tyres. During our trip had them balanced and rotated. They're performing well and only criticism of them is they are a bit noisy.
